Our Ammonia Crackers utilize a catalytic cracking process to dissociate ammonia (NH₃) into hydrogen (H₂) and nitrogen (N₂), providing a cost-effective and reliable alternative to conventional hydrogen production methods.


The Ammonia Cracking System operates by thermally decomposing ammonia gas in the presence of a nickel-based catalyst at high temperatures. The process breaks ammonia into a gas mixture of 75% hydrogen (H₂) and 25% nitrogen (N₂), which is further purified using a Molecular Sieve Purifier (MSP) if ultra-high purity hydrogen is required.

This system is widely used in industries where hydrogen is needed for heat treatment, sintering, brazing, reducing atmospheres, and metal processing . It provides a low-cost hydrogen source compared to electrolyzers or bulk hydrogen supply.
